Refund Eligibility
1. Defective Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at info@stickfellas.com. Our dedicated customer support team is committed to resolving such issues swiftly and will guide you through the return process to ensure a satisfactory resolution. Photos of the defect or damage help us resolve your case faster.
2. Unshipped Orders: If your order has not yet been shipped and you wish to cancel it, please reach out to us at the earliest opportunity. We will verify the status of your order and proceed with the cancellation and refund if applicable. For unshipped orders, requests must be made before the shipping confirmation is issued.
3. Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive an item different from what you ordered (wrong product, color, or variant), contact us at info@stickfellas.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Process for Requesting a Refund
To process your refund request, please email us at info@stickfellas.com with your order details and a brief explanation of the issue. Prompt cooperation with our customer service team, responding to emails and providing the necessary information or documents, helps us resolve your request quickly.
The request for a refund due to defect must be made within 14 days of receiving your product. Statutory rights, including the right of withdrawal described below where it applies, remain unaffected.
Unforeseen Circumstances
We strive to ensure your order is delivered on time; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, shipping service disruptions caused by labor strikes, extreme weather, or governmental restrictions. We recommend contacting us at info@stickfellas.com if you have concerns about your order, and we will do our best to provide assistance within the scope of our policies.
Right of Withdrawal - EU Consumers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you additionally have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
How to withdraw: You can exercise this right electronically through our online withdrawal form: withdrawal form page. If you use this online function, we will send you a receipt confirmation by email without undue delay. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the 14-day period expires.
Returning the goods: You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. In some cases, at our sole discretion, we may inform you in writing that no return is necessary.
Refund: We will reimburse payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not supplementary costs if you chose a delivery option more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery), no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest. The refund is made using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction.
Diminished value: You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. We may deduct such diminished value from your refund accordingly.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, and other categories exempted by law.
